Former industrial plaform and ship yard, today the site remained as classified and historical heritage for the city. The idea is to ​​create an “extension” above the water without touching what is existing.The main project is to experiment a new way of creating an habitat that may evolve for,with and thanks to the individual. In this case everyone can built his own program and form and became a powerful evolutive architecture.
